Extra Space Added to FilePath

Hi Gabriele.

I've been having a lot of trouble with some registry settings I have manually edited. After a lot of fiddling around I have noticed that when I use the Send to Clipboard (as name) function an extra space character is added. Because I'm using the " "%1" registry entry it was not recognizing the paths.

I don't know if this by design or not. If people have to manually add a space it wouldn't be as big a drama as not knowing a space that wasn't there has been added & is causing problems.

Also, would it be possible to rename "Send to Clipboard (as name)" to "Send to Clipboard (as path)" when that functionality is selected.

I agree this is an annoying feature. I've been using sendtotoys for several years and this seems to become a feature with my last update. Don't know how old my previous version was.

I'd like to see this removed or have a setting in the control panel applet to truncate that extra space.

Thanks for letting me know about this nuisance. I will make the extra space at the end an option in the next version of Send To Toys.

One reason is for the command line as you said, but also if you're going to paste the name into a document.

The option has not been implemented yet. It will be included in Send To Toys 2.4
