Send To "Clippboard (as name)" and Send To "Folder..." have been rewritten as Shell Extensions, so that there is no more limit to the number of selected files that can be used.

Network resources support has been added to Send To "Command Prompt", creating a temporary drive letter.

Other small bugs have also been fixed.
